    Blackberry App World 1.1 Coming Soon



    Looks like Blackberry is set to update Blackberry App World. Ronen at BerryReview reported
    that Blackberry App World documentation is now showing version 1.1. There are 2 major updates
    with this new version.
    Flexible Storage capabilities:This feature permits BlackBerry App World™ storefront users to remove applications from their BlackBerry® devices and reinstall the applications without paying for the application a second time. Blackberry App World archives a record of the application to save memory and so that the user does not have to maintain the application on the BlackBerry device. BlackBerry App World users can also install or archive applications on expandable memory, such as a media card.
    Blackberry App World website: •This feature permits users to read descriptions and reviews and view screen shots of applications even if they are not BlackBerry App World users. Users can find applications by using the search function, selecting an application category, or browsing by Featured Items, Top Free, Top Paid, or Newest Applications.
    The website feature is something that should have been available from the beginning.
    This should be a major win and will make Blackberry App World much more successful.

    Great find, I bet this update is needed so that App World plays nice on the 5.0 O.S.

    I hope this also means an official 5.0 is somewhere in the near future.

    i allready can reinstall programs from appworld when i wiped my phone a few weeks ago i had to do this and i was not charged for the reinstall on any of my apps
