A decision has been made to suspend the BlackBerry Trade Up Program in the US (The BlackBerry Trade Up Program gives you cash towards the purchase of a new BlackBerry Smartphone: Home ). While the trade up program has generated positive results we will not continue the program at this time. In the future we will look to possibly reintroduce the program.
As of July 1, the program will no longer accept new trade in activity. All previously registered quotes will be honored and customers will still be able to login and review the status of any pending trades.

I just spoke with a rep and they said I could upgrade to the Tour with my trade of my storm, so will this be rebutted, since the tour date release is July 12th?

This is a RIM program. Not carrier based. Was a great program.
