one of bb the screen is blackout i can no see anything o who call me
the second cell is does not have services book i can't conect to the internet
can yo help me how to instal services book
and what to do with the SCREEN BLACK OUT

Your carrier's customer service are supposed to re-send you the service books to be able to use your BlackBerry services.
About the another BlackBerry storm whose screen is showing nothing, I think it might be a hardware issue ..

If the screen wont come on then you most likely need to replace the device. Are there any red lights flashing?
