Thread: 5,200 BlackBerry PlayBook's Stolen

The Chesterfield Indiana police department along with the FBI Interstate Theft Task Force are currently investigating the recent theft of over 5,200 BlackBerry PlayBooks's. The PlayBook's valued at between $1.7 million and $5 million dollars, were hijacked from a semi truck that was parked outside a Pilot truck stop. The driver went inside to grab a bite to eat and when he came out his truck was gone.

Now I wonder if we are going to see a spike in PlayBook sales on eBay and Amazon just in time for the Holiday season. This is certainly one way to get some PlayBook's out to the public.

If I didn’t know better, I would think that there is a conspiracyout there to try to destroy the strongest and best competitor in the tablet market.

I remember that a few months ago there was another big rub of Blackberry Torch 9810 device..
