    TIM Italy Officially releases OS 4.6.1.250



    TIM Italy officially released OS 4.6.1.250 for the 8900 and the good news is it contains english for all you 8900 users out there.

    Package Version: 4.6.1.378
    Consisting of:

    * Applications: 4.6.1.250
    * Software Platform: 4.2.0.113
    * File name: 8900M_PBr4.6.1_rel378_PL4.2.0.113_A4.6.1.250_TIM_I taly.exe
    * File size: 123.34


    **Please remember to delete the vendor file if you are not on TIM by going to the following

    Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml **

    hey guys first post here....not sure if im doing the wrong thing by posting here, but any reviews on this new version? I have .231 and i was looking to upgrade my battery life. Any advice on yes or no?

    I been using for a while now battery is ok...but I suggest installing then maybe using one of the 8900 Hybrids on top

    Thanks for the "welcome"s guys.

    Have been hearing a lot of these hybrids....would someone be able to recommend and specific one? Is upgrading to a hybrid any different that your typical upgrade? Thank you again for your help

    Im just beta testing one at the minute for Lyricidal....which is sweet Ill talk you through installing when its available....

    In the mean time Id go for the .250 as you need this for some of the hybrids...remember to lose the vendor file if its not your carrier...
