RIM has confirmed with CNBC that a limited number of customers have been having issues with their new OS 7 devices; in particular the Bold 9900 and 9930. We have seen this as well in our forums
, and in the official BlackBerry support forums. Its clear there are issues, in the statement issued the spokeswoman said that they are working on a software update to fix the issues. Here is the official statement from RIM regarding the issues:
A limited number of customers have reported an issue where their device does not power on. She said the company is actively working on a software update to resolve this issue.
