once you get it truly downloaded, you'll enjoy....works just like in their demo video....does a good job searching by name or category....also on reverse lookups....

C6 I wrote the company but I haven't heard back yet. Does this integrate with both Google maps and BB maps or just BB maps? It sounds like it uses their database (not whitepages) for look ups, can you confirm this and if so how is the accuracy?

Mobihand won't let me download either Gives me a HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error.

I have also emailed support at Mobihand a few hours earlier today, and haven't heard anything back just as yet. I wish they had a phone number we could call.

try downloading the zip file to your computer then install from Desktop Manager....worked for me this morning....OTA may not work until tomorrow...

Well...at least it's not just me. Of course, now I try and it says I've already downloaded app...like why would that matter, once you've paid for it:dot::dot::lame:

Looks like it's integrated with BB Maps....wish it was Google Maps, as I like the map details better....not sure about the white pages database....looks like it might be there own....if there is an "options" menu for changing maps, data, form, etc. I haven't been able to find it yet....

accuracy is good....I've tried the reverse lookup feature and it seems its about 50/50 on getting a match, otherwise it says "no results"...

Thanks for the update C6 I was hoping for Google maps as well.

Failed to download via OTA, so I loaded via DM... Only listings mine is pulling phone numbers or maps for, are the "sponsored" results located at the bottom of the page.

Not performing for me as advertised! I emailed their support, but no response yet.

Maybe they will get it working.

Tamara on the store page for Fonebook click the technical support tab and let them know your issue and they should refund your money. I just did it on another app and they credited my back the next day. Give it a shot

Just bought it. Great app.
I like it better than Poynt. The only thing Poynt has that fone book doesn't is the movie listing. But I can get the movies in Viigo.

I still can't DL, cuz Mobihand says I already did !! Can you believe this :censored:!!!! Been 2 days, and have not even got a response to my email!!

I wish there was another way to get hold of them....

It's only a $2.99 app...and I could certainly live without it, but it's kinda bizarre that 2 days go by and you don't even get a response to your email.

Glad I've never needed their "Customer Service" before...:why::dot::bsflag:

The OTA worked today. I was hoping that the Mobihand would have replied to my email, but they didn't.

When I went to use the zip file in DM, DM told me it was going to change some portions of my OS (upgrade/downgrade), and I didn't want to do that.

glad it worked out Status...

just an FYI....

I've tried to not pay as much attention to available memory, but since I've loaded fonebook, it appears I've added to my memory leak...

using Crackman's V6 .148 and average in the high 30's most of the time....after loading fonebook it dipped into the mid to low 20's.....:irked:
