For WA, a cell phone to the ear is a secondary offense....so if all else is fine, you most likely won't get pulled over.
illinois is one of those lame hands free states and there about to band texting while driving to
Then I'm moving to Arizona lol. Great write up and definitely something that I will post somewhere. What might be obvious to some may be new, and as you say, life saving to others. The main reason I use a BT is because of my business. I do a lot of traveling especially to NYC. And my BT of choice is the jawbone because I can walking down Time Square with taxi cabs honking and the person on the other end thinks I am in a nice quiet office. I do have an aux jack in my car but unfortunately the problem is when I am sitting in my office and can't hear crap because of the BT bug inherint with SFI from 148. I can't tell you how many years I have not held a phone up to my ear and it's something I will never do again. For the car your suggestion is a great one. thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I noticed late yesterday that Verizon's d/l page now has the 220.127.116.11 available to d/l and edit away. I know its the same as the leaked version, but still for those who think its different or are running into OTA issues they can now d/l without issues.
