BIS to be updated to v4.0, RIM announces details
RIM has just announced that BIS will be updated to 4.0, the first update we've seen for some time now. The features of BIS 4 will include:
- Automatic Login Improvements
- Language Support - Vietnamese and Hindi
- Google Calendar Synchronization Improvements
- Secret Question Changes
- Windows Live Integration Re-validation removal
Looks like half of those improvements are improvements to security, while there will be new languages installed-Hindi and Vietnamese. Glad to see RIM isn't neglecting BIS. You can read more about the improvements of BIS 4 here.
