With the release of its newest endeavor, the BlackBerry Torch 9800, RIM has revamped the BlackBerry.com website to follow suit. Sleek and black with the Torch 9800 the focal point throughout makes this a nice redesign.
Being a web guy, I am all for change and improvement...and this change I'm kinda digging it.
What do you think of the new BlackBerry re-design?
Again I say Torch, Torch, Torch! I am pretty sure RIM makes a few other different BlackBerries other than the Torch. Yes it is a cool idea, but everything we see does not have to be the Torch and nothing else. I'm also pretty sure that there are a good number of folks that are with a provider that does not offer the torch, ie. not AT&T and they would like to see something about non AT&T devices just every once ans a while.
You have to look at this from a marketing stance. Every single manufacturer, whether it is vehicles, electronics, clothing and phones, push their latest items because they are - how do say - trying to sell them. All phones released are given their share of the limelight after their initial launch. The Torch has only been out a few weeks, so this model is going to dominate RIM's marketing scheme. So, when the Storm 3 is released, be prepared to have that device for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
