    no email / service books in So. NJ / Philadelphia area for hours now...

    After a lengthy call and being xfered through 2 VZW tech reps I finally was sent to a RIM tech rep and she told me it is a national issue, but she was able to get service books and emails through to me. However the issue is ongoing she said and also said my emails may still be delayed.
