Blackberry Storm 2 is offical
For about a momth the rumor of a Storm 2 being produced was going around the net. Well, RIM CEO has confirmed this, Storm 2 will happen. It probably will not have the name of Storm 2. Specifications have not been released by RIM CEO yet. We may see the Storm 2 around September.
Nice post BBOS. Would be nice if this had wifi and the updated keyboard that has been rumored. Can't wait to see the specs.

The rumor is that it will be coming to VZW, however, other carriers may pick it up as well. But VZW is a definite. I would also like to see a picture if it as the one floating around the internet of it are absolutely hideous.Quote:

The last I read, was the former niagra, now tour, is still a go. I still wonder what they meant when they leaked that this storm will have an alternate input method? Anyways looks like I'll have to work alot of O.T. to be able to pick up both devices, lol. one (tour) for work, and one to show off (storm), lol.
It's good we know well in advance to save up for these new phones.
they would have to continue with the 9630, VZW doesnt have a REV A 3G curve. The current 8330 is a REV 0 phone.
It will have to be Verizon that gets this , Verizon wouldnt let it go to another carrier
