All credit for this goes to Patches over at CB for downloading the Java Files from 4.7.0.141. As of 3:00am PDT, the following are some working mirrors to download the JAVA files. Unfortunately, the SFI File (Radio Code) is not included in the zip file, so when updated, your phone should say:

Version 4.7.0.141
Platform 4.0.0.162

No. It was pulled off a working copy on a 9530 over at CB

Unzip the files, select all and copy them. Then go to this location C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9530-v4.7.0.132_P4.0.0.162\Java

select paste and when prompted select yes to overwriting all files.
