BlackBerry Storm Fails to Take Capitol Hill

The BlackBerry Storm smartphone and its touch-screen sounded cool and many Capitol Hill staffers rushed to embrace the mobile device. Now, though, they want their BlackBerry Curves and keyboards back. If legislative staff members are any indication, Research In Motion's hopes that the BlackBerry Storm will be an iPhone killer may be a touch off.

"It's not easy to send e-mails on that thing," Rodell Mollineau, staff director for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, told Roll Call March 6."
