Thread: Veracodes spyware monkey steals the berries

I'm sorry.. The steps are supposed to be:

Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> Choose the app -> Hover over the app -> Click your BB Button -> Edit Permissions.

Like I had said though, this is on a 8830 World Edition. Running relatively OLD software compared to your spiffy storm.. :P

I don't have my storm anymore so I can't tell you exactly what is like, but on my 8830 I can edit http or apn access etc. Hopefully someone else with a storm can help yah out, my 8830 can only go as far as RIM lets it.

I just found another one - maybe this will help you out..:

Options -> Security Options -> Application Permitions -> Hover over a specific app -> Click your BB Button -> Edit Permissions -> BB Button -> Expand -> Change Desired Permission.

That isn't how is shows on the storm. When I do Options->Security Options-> then at this point you can pick one of the following:Advanced Security Options, Encryption, Firewall, Information, or Security Wipe. Going into any of those options does not get me into a place to edit permissions.
