Blackberry could be banned in the USA

This is... horrible. If there is an import ban would that mean than you could not use a Blackberry on an American Based Carrier's network? Are people going to begin going to Canada to get them? This is Ludicrous!!! ITS AN OUTRAGE! iTS A TRAVISHAMOCKERY!!!!

You have to wonder though, when does RIM finally say enough is enough! Any hack with a good system at home who has played around with this technology or even bastardized existing can call it theirs and launch an infringement lawsuit. Ever since the bb has become the preferred device of most businesses, and then became so popular with the general public with the Pearl, your always hearing about infringement lawsuits against RIM. Eventually they will say the hell with this, do your worse. Then what?

With the Asian and European market opening up to RIM, and growing more each and every day, the American market could quite possibly find itself expendable.
