Thread: Received New RIM Market Research Study today!

I received a new market research study from RIM today! The study asked about a lot of features that I have had issues with on my S1. If you were happy with your current device, when you are planning on changing devices and questions regarding satisfaction with your current provider and what kind of cell plan you currently have. This is the first actual survey I have received and I thought it had a lot of good info that they could use (if they wish).

If you received this, what were your reactions to the questions? I wished they would have let you actually typed specific comments instead of just picking from a list.

sounds like they want to begin fixing some of the issues, there thinking out side the box an asking people that use the software an have the s1...sounds good, now we sit an wait to see what they do with that information..

I dont have the link but there is actually a site you sign up on to receive these. I got mine but have not had time to get to it yet

I also got the same email, and took the survey. They also asked if you where happy with your wireless carrier.
