so i have tried turning my phone off, taking the battery out, even deleting the certain contact and re-adding but now it wont allow me to re-add her or her to add me.

have u tried uninstalling the BBM and downloading it again? **make sure u write down all the pins so u can re-add them** it could b possible that a file was corrupted during the install of the new BBM

I would also recommend a reinstall of BBM, however connect to your desktop and use DM to backup your BBM contacts. This is simply a "fail-safe" option because if you were able to run BBM5 and are using remote backup, you should be able to restore without connecting to the desktop.

Yea that's another way of backing up, it's good if u have a lot of contacts, so which ever works before for u... Thanks Temperamental, that idea didn't come to mind right away lol. Crazy huh?!:Eyecrazy:
