i upgraded my storm also on 5.0.0.230 and it runs perfectly

Do you know if she is running a 8330 or an 8330m. If, she is running the 8330m the 230 will not work on her phone. When receiving a picture does it come in as a link(8330) or a straight picture(8330m)?

so, it took 3 more batt pulls, but my phone is better than ever...

even with .230 before, I was still around 6 mins average for a reboot...since dl'ing bbm5, this is better...

I have now pulled my batt 3 times in the last hour and 4 mins was the longest i had to wait...

now that I have everything normalized, i am sure that this will be the last piece of the puzzle that will make .230 the best OS ever!

I have an 8900 with 5.0.0.238 and downloaded it as soon as @crackberrykevin said it was released. It installed, asked me to reboot and have had no problems. I helped 20 other people 1) upgrade to OS5.0 and 2) upgrade to BMM 5.0.0.33. All of them are happy and thanking me.

Today has been like Christmas come early.

The groups acts just like a separate contact. If you chat in the group you can bbm the individual contact as normal. Hit the BB button and select leave group to leave.

how exactly does the sms work with this? i had a hybrid .230 on my tour but downgraded because i was having sprint navigation issues. New bbm works great...miss the threaded sms of OS 5.0....can anyone help?

Only works if you did not originate the group though...

Plus...for example...lets say you have 30 contacts on your BBM...you add 6 to a group...

now, your BBM shows that you have 24 contacts....

I added 14 people to a hockey group....

Those same 14 peeps were deleted from my contact list.....and my contact count went down by 14 too....

Then I wanted to erase the group and start from scratch, because I use bbm for work, and i cant have my employees not in my contact list...

i was unable to delete the group until ALL those people were removed...

i got the bbcrackman's hybrid v3.. downloaded the bbm and it downloaded fine.. i just dont know where it is.. as in i cant find it on my device, it took off the old one but i cant find the new one.. and when i downloaded again it told me that i already have it, but how can i find it?
