The bbm you're downloading is not compatible with your OS, we need to either upgrade your OS or find the bbm compatible with your OS, I'll recommend upgrading the OS, I can you trough the process, what you want to do?
get bbm back! if i need to do that then i will....i just dont know how to do it...

What version of DM do you have installed?

go to the following page and download Desktop Manager, anything above or 4.5 will be ok, your choice, i suggest 4.6 it seems to be the more stable till today
