    Can't install BBM5 on my Bold

    I have BB bold running os 4.6.0.282 ! ive been trying to download the new bbm5 but its not working !!! i have tried every single OTA link and still not working !! it keeps giving me 907 code error.. i have tried downloading the zip file and then opened DM and navigate to get the ALX file and it still did not work !!! does anyone know what my opions are??? thxxx

    Welcome to BBOS Saifoz, first of all, i need to know what version are you trying to install on your phone, let me get you an ota link for your os

    Okay, what was the problem with the desktop install? Did you use the correct version of BBM 5.0 for the OS version you have installed on your device?

    Yes, the one ealvnv gave you above. Try a battery pull before you try loading it again. What was the problem you ran into with DM? Did you installed .282 on your computer?

    Thumbs down BBM 5.0 Ending Active Chats Randomly

    Has anyone had issues with BBM 5.0 randomly ending all of your active chats for no apparent reason? Mine has done this 3+ times now.... its really annoying... I'm not sure if its a memory/conflict error or what but it seemed to do it while listening to Pandora/during or after Pandora Shutting down.... the other few times it's done this I didn't notice until it was too late to remember what might have caused it to happen. Never had this issue with previous BBM versions.

    I ran it three different times with no issues (I am back to 4.7 just for reliability) but it never did that to me. But to be honest I don't think I ever ran it along side Pandora?

    Question Hmmm

    I'm pretty sure that the other few times this has happened that Pandora wasn't running, I haven't used Pandora in a while, but just updated to the new version and started using it a little....has anyone else had this happen to them with BBM 5? :crazy:

    It hasn't heppend to me once here. I use it every day. Most of the day too. It is "laggy" a bit to start a chat, but I find it overall to be very stable.
