The only thing I noticed today, is that when I send a message, it doesn't go through the first time,if I send it again,it goes through. Thats been every message so far today...anyone else?
Okay all. I've tried something that seems to be clearing up the issue yet I can't explain yet. This is working for me now.
Earlier this morning TouchPro indicated that there was an issue sending pics between contacts. Sightly after that post more and more of us were experiencing message issues such as resending etc. etc.
I used CrackUtil to wipe my IT policies and now BBM 5.0 seems to be playing nice again. I don't know why but it is. I hope to find an explanation later on but right now I would recommend to those having issues to backup their device/3rd party apps using Desktop Manager, then use CrackUtil to wipe the IT polices. It will post a link for CrackUtil to those who may not have it on their PC. Bare with me.

This is a link to download a Zip file of CrackUtil. Use at your own Risk.
Extract all files and run then CrackUtil set up application.
This should put CrackUtil onto your desktop.
So my fix for the BBM 5.0. issue is this.
Backup device and 3rd party apps with Desktop Manager.
Now start the CrackUtil and select Clear Settings - Advanced.
Now from this point this will clear any stored info/settings that is currently on your device. I highly recommend you backup your device before proceeding.
Select the tab Reset IT Policy
So once this process is finished. Your device will reboot then you will need to restore your user settings.

I received that email too, but it never came through on my blackberry. I've been having problems with my new BBM, people are not receiving my messages, but I can receive there's. Anyone else having that problem?

hi i install the bbm 5.0 on my 9500 is awsome the only issue i have is when i do a battery pull out , when the phone start the bbm doesnt send msg i need to wait like 20 minutos to start sending msg it shows in the corner the arrows like getting something

Got a Curve 8330 with software running 18.104.22.168. We loaded the new BBM 5.0 via ota from stormota.com BBM icon does not show up now. It is in the application list but we cannot run it. How do we get the icon to show back up?
