Thread: App World 3.1 Issue!

My friend has decided to update his App World to 3.1 but he faced the BB ID issue which says that it needs to be updated.I advised him to uninstall BB ID & App World and re-install App World Only.
Unfortunately,the problem is still there and He can't use it although he re-installed App World without BB ID.It said that App World needs BB ID so he said Yes for the message to install BB ID
By the way,He has Pearl 9100/9105 with OS 5.Any suggestions ?

Have your friend remove his sim card, restart the bb, sign in to BBID, once it goes through, remove the battery, reinsert the sim card and he should be good.

Honestly,He's removed only the battery ! But I'll tell him to do so and tell you if it works
