Thread: BlackBerry Messenger v6.0 releasing in App World July 27th?

Are you excited for BBM 6, but don't have a Beta Zone account? Well, RIM has started sending out notifications that explain the following:

Please be advised that BlackBerry® Messenger 6.0 for BlackBerry smartphones is scheduled to release as part of BlackBerry® 7 OS and will be available in BlackBerry App World™ storefront on July 27, 2011

Is a OS 7 device being released somewhere on that date? Are they planning to have the updated apps in the App World a few weeks before the upcoming devices launch? Only time will tell...

Just talked to a guy from RIM and I was telling him how I just like to believe rumors even if they end up not being true and he said "Believe it. That's all I will say "

But that's not on. Does bb mean screw all the OS 6 & 5 users. That's really not on......if it turns out to be true
