BlackBerry's new Avatar Builder has reappeared in App World with a new updated version. No word on why it was removed to begin with but rumors were saying it was draining battery even when the app wasn't running, it was not working well for all BlackBerry models; etc.
If you were able to get your hands on the 1.0 version you should still upgrade as we're not sure what RIM has fixed in terms of functionality.

Any OTA links? Its not available in my country, for some really weird reason, the app works fine when I download it OTA...

I believe it's only available in the US as of now. The OTA works because the files were extracted from another BlackBerry and detached from BB App World, so anyone could download it.Haha no problem
