BBM Problem ..

My friend has Curve 3G 9300 (OS 5) .. From few days she has heard a BBM Message alert so she opened the BBM and found no chats ! And today she's heard the alert and also found nothing !
BTW we have rebooted it several times by battery pulling.
So any thoughts !?

Try going into BBM and then hit the bb menu button and select 'Options'. See if you can mess around with the settings in there, maybe just changing something around will help.
