RIM Brings it Hard with BlackBerry Messenger

Got BlackBerry Messenger on the brain??? Well, RIM sure does. Its seems that RIM has launched a hard campaign with BlackBerry Messenger as its main weapon. BlackBerry Messenger, or BBM as we call it, is a device PIN messaging system that is unique to BlackBerry's. In the recent past RIM has been doing quite a job of pumping up their BlackBerry Messenger.

We have seen signs around about BBM and connecting with friends and family. We have also seen BBM barcodes scattered around town and posted at events. Even just recently we have seen the BBM reports about the WorldCup. RIM used these reports to brag about their high BBM traffic numbers.

That's cool! I wish they were pumping out OS6 as hard! The problem with seeing the "what will be" is that we can't use it right now. You know, to be on par or better than the rest of the smart phones out there.
