Stupid BBM ?

If someone is in Europe and has their phone activated there for use, and you are in the USA, can you BBM them? Just curious....

The last I heard 2thlaser is that RIM servers in Europe were experiencing issues as of sometime yesterday.
This could be the case with your issue.
