Thread: Help joining a BBM Group

I was sent a request from a friend of mine to join his BBM group. I get the message and all but there is no option for me to accept the invite or no link to click on. I have the 9700 with the new BBM (not sure which version). Any ideas on how to join the group?

You need an invite...I would ask them to re-invite you. I've only joined one group and, of course it worked as it was supposed to. Have them try again and keep an eye on this thread to see if any of our members have had this same issue.

I do get an invite, I get a message that says i am invited to join the group but there is no option or link for me to click on to join. I do not get the invite via BBM, I get the message in my messages folder.

On BBM, at the top, is where your invite is, an clicking there will give you the button to click to "accept"

Could you tell what what device you have and what OS version you are using?

it will show up in your messages but forget that and just go to the BBM.
Once there scroll up as far as it will go and you should have a Pending Group Invite.
