BBM avatars won't load

I just notice it happening for the past 3 weeks, my bbm won't load anyone that I add lately. However I can see all my previous contacts that I added before that time period.

I've tried reinstalling bbm a few times and it doesn't help
OS upgrade doesn't help too
BIS is working perfectly

any clues how to solve this problem?

The only times I have had that problem I just change my avatar and save it and seems to get all mine updated too. BTW I deleted one of your threads.. you had 2 of the same :) no worries though

I'm sorry about double thread, internet connection here is not that good. I've been trying to delete it but can't find the right button to do it

I've tried to do that as well but can't seem to fix the problem
does it has to do with passing connection diagnostic test?
my report for diagnostic test is not good

Hmmm I am not sure about that.. I would ask the people to try changing their avatar or status line and see if it will push then. What phone do you have again?

okay, tried that as well but still won't work
I guess I'm gonna have to wipe bbm and try to add contacts 1 by 1 and see if it works
I'm using 9550 right now

I had that problem with my 9530. It happen to be bc i was running an older release of bbm 5.0.0.8. Hope this helps.
