Lots have been posting that 18.104.22.168x will be a maintenance release (and coincidentally, included in the 22.214.171.124x+ release on the 9700 that will be coming in the next little while).
The big thing that keeps drawing me back is shutting down the leaked versions... I believe the rest lol, hell I would love to see a new BBM..... Just the leak shutdown doesn't make a lot if sense to me

It makes sense to me. The page linked above says that users of version 126.96.36.199 will be getting a PIN message telling them to update, not users on 188.8.131.52.
If this happens to be true, and only people running 184.108.40.206 get the PIN, it sends everyone a huge message as to how much RIM really knows about what software/OS versions we are running on our phones.
And might coincidentally stop a lot of leaks that are happening.
"Don't run non-approved software on your phones, because we can and will terminate them/it".
