I'm not an expert with this particular fix. Have you tried the normal register HRT and resend service books as well? Or maybe resending service books is the problem...

Sorry it took so long, I'm on AT&T. I've tried removing the existing service books before loading the new ones and everything! Still no luck!

Sorry it took so long to replay. But yes I did a COMPLETE Wipe (essentially bricked) and reload and now it's back after I did the fix again! Thanks for your guy's suggestions!

    Windows 7?

I've been trying for the longest to try to get my 9630 working with T-mobile... my information is as follows:

    Device: 9630 (TOUR)
    OS: 4.7.1.61 (Platform 4.1.0.81)
    Service Provider: T-mobile USA
Plan: Even more Plus (500 min) Full text web bis
    Desktop Manager: 5.0.1
    PC OS: Windows 7 Pro
    PIN: 30C6A482

My problem is that CrackUtil will not recognize my blackberry OS. I have set up the program to run as administrator in configurations, and wiped my device prior to joining tmobile yesterday. They have tried sending service books to me, the BIS email works as well as BBM though the MMS and browser fails to start up just like the op.

How can i help the situation if i use windows 7 pro?

PLEASE contact me at my pin if you have any suggestions. It would be VERY much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    rj
