Thread: Auto And Predictive Text Fix

I figured out why some of us on OS 5.0.0.191 couldn't find these additional options. As instructed we went options>Languages and text input>Show Text Input Style.

What needs to be done before going to Show Text Input Style is selecting "Word Completion" in "Input Style", the box above "show text input style" Mine was set to Auto correction which only showed one option when I opened the Show text input style but when changed to Word Correction, "Save" and then press the show text input style button the options Randy shared with us show up.

Hope that helps clear up some confusion.

I only see the one, Auto Correction, option. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm running 9530/.167.

try going into options, SMS text, ANd change disable auto text from Yes to NO, then save and exit out of options. Then go back in. If that doesnt work try what Storm5150 said. between the two of us you should be good. :-)
