Device Memory not showing up under My Computer?
I recently had an issue where every time I would plug in my BB Storm into my work PC via USB cable. Only my SD Card memory would show up under My Computer and not my Device Memory. I thought this was a drive mapping issue and went into Computer Management to change the drive letter for the Device Memory on my PC, but it was not listed. Only SD card was showing, besides the normal drives. I searched and searched, on my work proxy :bigeyes:, and found a batch file that could be ran on the machine to correct this problem. Of course my work proxy had to deny all the URL's I went too and had to use my BB to try and look for this file and had to sign up on a site and when I went to download ( finally ) I got a page not found error :aargh4: :17:. Just my luck! So being the techie that I am and using the knowledge that I have. I just simply uninstalled DM 5.0, rebooted PC and then reinstalled DM 5.0 from the BB URL. Problem solved and I am now able to view my Device Memory and my SD Card Memory. :D
