Still dont work. I resent my service books, then I deleted all my service books and resent, then I re registered then I did a 5 minute battery pull. What else can i try?? This has been my first problem. I had a Storm and always had hybrids and betas and never had any problems. Please help. Thanks

have you backed up the phone before? if yes, delete all service books, restore the service books on that backup file, do this by going to dm, restore and backup, advanced, left side open window open, highlight the service books and click on the right pointing arrow, now go to in your phone go to host routing tables, register, and wait for a few secs....

Took a lot of work but I believe I have it all working, thank you folks!
I ended up having to restore my service books from the backup I did just prior to installing this one. Multiple phone resets, HRT re-registers and TMo service book sends did nothing for me. FYI

although i was able to get this working i find that i am now having issues when trying to navigate to websites so i have switched back to my regular browser instead of the NET one.

OK... So I did this and now my browser doesnt work on most sites. I get the error "Unable to find the requested server." Anyone know how to reverse this operation?

Hook your phone up to your computer and launch DM. Use the advanced feature of backup and restore to clear the service book database on your phone, then resend your service books. This will clear your services books.

I got my emails back by going to setup > email settings > bb menu > service books > resend service books... I got all my icons back...

Thanks for these instructions. I did this "mod" and it TOTALLY tanked my MMS and web browser. Did not like this at all.

Went back to orginal service books. Thank god for backups...lol

I have tryed to do everything like showed on that tip, but the BB torch 9800 show me the follow message: "more request cannot be completed. service book information not found." Could someone help me?
