Sorry for the late response shortie. If you're still having problems, read through this post: Nuked Blackberry? HELP! and see if it helps.
Didn't see your post here in the how-to section. Post in the Torch 9800 section, so that you will get the best exposure.

Firstly, i have a Blackberry 9000 bold . When i try to turn on it, white screen appears with a thunderbolt in the middle . When the phone is to charge, always restarts . I think is a soft problem . Thanks

EDIT: Let me clear some things up. When you see the white screen and "thunderbolt" on your screen, is the phone off and plugged into the charger?
Is the icon still there when you start the phone?
Can you start your phone and does it work normally when you do?

Hi stelistul, we need some background. Have you done any app downloading before this issue started? Were you downloading a new OS to your Bold when this started happening? Or did it suddenly start occurring?
Is there also an error code displayed?
    Who is your carrier?
Do you have a BlackBerry data plan from your carrier?

Once we have this information, we can start coming up with solutions to get your Bold back up and running.

    Thank you

I have some photos. When is at charge appear the thundebolt or the red light . The phone not turn on(i have let it about 6 hours or more at charge and nothing...). A specialist who repair it two times ago tell me is a softwere problem . Phone not desplay a code error.

    Hi Stelistul9

Does your PC see the phone when you connect it to desktop manager?
What worked with a friend of mine is the following:

Download BBSAK and wipe the phone (all information will be deleted).
When done rebooting connect to PC and start desktop manager, this will tell that your phone needs software. This can be installed as usual, just install latest software that desktop manager tells you their is.

Hope this will work like it worked for my friend.
