    In this part.. my App loader wizard says that My BBDS does not have BBdevice software for the device that you have connected to the computer
    Help me please!! ASAP!!

    i was upgrading my blackberry torch from os 7.0 to 7.1 but my update got interrupted ""connecting to boot rom device" from then my phone is not booting and blining red light when i adopted this method my device in not being detected on BBSAK.

    You need to make sure that you install the OS to your computer first before you start the manual upgrade process. See OS updates here for the 9700... 9700 Bold - Downloads - BlackBerryOS.com

    Disconnect everything completely, take the battery out. Then put the battery back in and try re-connecting through BBSAK.

    hey guys. . ., is there a way to revive a bb pearl 8100 that has no blinking red light and no hour glass but still is detected by the pc. . ., even the pin is still identifiable by the dm and apploader but not by bbsak? please help masters. . .

    check if the vendor.xml file has been deleted. . .

    hello, i also have problem like that for my curve 8900. there's no device software for my bb. the bb device software is successfully installed in my pc how come.... please help
