    Loader Files/9550AMEA_v5.0.0.517_P4.2.0.250 and than bunch of files in the last folder.

    Well, if you uninstalled your OS - then those should have disappear. Erase the 9550AMEA_v5.0.0.517_P4.2.0.250 folder, then reinstall everything and try again.

    If you are running Windows 7 make sure you run the installers as Administrator.

    When re-installing everything, follow the guide from the very beginning.

    Thank you for your time. I wonder now if i will be able to instal .428 OS back again. Been without phone all day.

    We'll get this resolved for you. I am confident this will work, if it doesn't and you are comfortable with this type of resolution, I can log into your computer with LogMeIn and attempt to re-install your OS for you.

    Just because I know what it feels like to not have a phone (it sucks)..

    LogMeIn provides you with 100% control over me, so there is no way I can do anything to hurt you, I just wanted to reassure you of this. If you want to do this method - PM me, I don't want any details over public forums.

    lol...ok im deleting right now DM, new OS and BB sync. Those only 3 RIM files that i got (besides RIM folder ofc.)

    And that LogMeIn thing is equal to TeamViewer?
