Unfortunately mac support is very slim with BlackBerry.. You would want to dual boot with Windows OS on your Mac in order to go through this process.Quote:

Was the device off when you inserted it? You should have power off when you remove or insert a card.
Is the card new or old?
Where was it before you inserted it, if it is old?
So ive did everything, but i cannot get my apps to restore? When i click restore, it says "phone may reboot" then says "Restoring aps successful" but when i look at my phone there is nothing?
So your using bbsak? I would try restarting your pc and see if that works. I have had times when it doesn't respond. I restart, and it works fine.

Still get the same message. I went to the file and i see all my apps are there just wont reload on my phone.
When you have BBSAK up does your pin# display? Are you able to click on the read system button and does BBSAK display the cods on your device? If you answer no then something is wrong with the connection from your PC to your BlackBerry. Maybe a different USB cable?Quote:

Have you tried the app loader? To find it, follow the path below...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
If your running Windows XP or lower, this is the path you want...
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
Once there you will see the app loader, the phone icon called loader. Just click on it and the loader will load. You can use this to reload your os.

when i get to the part to to the app loader wizard its saying my "blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer contact your wireless provider or system administrator." i'm doing this for the 9300 so i don't know why i'm getting a message like that!!! :(

hi iam new to bb iam trying to install 6.0 on my bb9700 but iam stuck at the post#4 installing the os when i click next after the screen were apploader see the pin the apploader dont see the 6.0 os . ihave delete the vendor.xml file , use a different os and desktop Manger but get the same thing the apploader just wont see any bb os i install .i have 6.0 desktop Manger & 6.0.0.4 install. if my cell is lock would that be the problem .my cell is wipe clean and i cant use it any help pls
o i for got the apploader says in the greyout screen the bb desktop software dose not have bb device os for the device that is connect to this computer .
working after uninstall every thing x4 and install again now working
