Did you restore all your apps and settings to your phone? Does the same error occur with your other phone?

And this is different from the previous error you had with the add/remove programs you had before?

Alright, I have two ideas you could try. One is more destructive than the other.

First would be to uninstall DM, reboot, then go to the location where DM would be installed and make sure there isn't anything left over. Delete any files that may be left over. Then reinstall DM.

    Similar problem -

I go through the device switch wizard process, and when I search PC for the pin number folder it still only finds the one created the last time I backed up 3rd party apps. Usually during the device switch process, you can see the names of your app files zip across the screen. This time I don't see that - still goes through 'read device system...', 'read device service...', but I don't see the app files shoot across, and I don't get the PIN folder generated. Is the answer a corrupt app, and that I have to delete apps 1 by 1 until I get a good backup?

OS on device - Lyricidal latest hybrid 6v6?
    DM is 5.0.0.11
