This is awesome, I just set up a folder with everyones faces so now just click their face to start a message. So much quicker. Thanks.

Hey no problem. I dont have many bbm friends but i have a few that i like to be able to just bring up now with clicking them.. this is great

here is a step by step... no photos needed

1-open BBM
2-highlight contact(dont click just touch)
3-BB key( the button that brings up the menu)
4-save to home screen
5- depending on your theme it will be in any one of the folders you have. Once you find it you can put it anywhere you want

dont get lippy i just found them i was just clicking and looking lol

I too was looking in conversations, been trying to figure this out for the past two days.


but I could only save the icon, not the avatar, now looking in contacts (off BBM), they are there.

An awesome feature of the new BBM5 that most people don't know about yet is that you can 'Stick' contacts to your homepage. Here is a quick tutorial on how to use this (btw it's really EZ!):

If you're like me you have a lot of BBM contacts. Being able to 'stick' your most frequent contacts to the home screen saves a lot of time scrolling or searching .

Launch BBM5 which takes you to the main screen:



Scroll or search and highlight the contact you wish to 'stick' to the home screen (my #1 is prolly Hulkster ):



Hit the menu/BB key bringing up this menu in which you scroll down to "Show in Home Screen" as shown here:



When you click that option, your contact will now be 'stuck' to the home screen for 1-click access (also notice their status icon shows letting you know they're available or not before you click):



To my knowledge there is no limit to the amount of contacts that can be stuck. Stuck contacts also show in the application screen like any other app icon. Hope this quick tutorial helps you get a little more out of your Berry
