    ok i am not sure what you mean.. not working? downloaded if all you downloaded was the .81 os did you install it on your pc?

    Yes I downloaded them again but it shows that its already there in my mobile. All of them are in mobile but I can't see them anywhere... including facebook, bbm, msn, google talk.

    Try uninstalling them first. Then reinstall. This has happened to some other users and this is one method found to work. You can uninstall by going to Options > Advanced > Application. Highlight the app, press the menu key and delete. It may ask you to reboot to finish uninstalling.
