the video was interesting to watch. i am alittle scared to download this... beings im a computer illiterate and all. but i did watch the video and it really DID explain the process clearly. now i just need to grow a pair and download this os.

I did not install the orginal 114. I just loaded the Hybrid 114 over 109. Do I need to still go back and follow all of the steps in the video? It looked like it was more for those who had 114 on?
You needed to install .114 on your computer, yes.

Ok, video was great after you read through first. Made total sense.
I installed, how do I know I actually put the Hybrid on vs. screwing up and having the regular 114 on?
Have you installed the .114 exe file to your pc?
