Thread: How to: Install JAD/JAR files to your Blackberry using a Computer

Use the OTA Loader, Its free, download it here.

ota Loader.zip - 350 Kb

Just load the .JAD in the loader, it will download all the files needed for the application you want.
Then plug your phone to the usb and install with blackberry desktop software.
