Thread: downloads

Any insight? My download rate has crumbled today, no idea why tho, its on like 20kb/s on average, its killing me, help.

Are you using WiFi? Are you in a good coverage area?

Not using wifi, and got 3G with full signal

Have you asked your carrier if there was anything going on? Have you performed a battery pull?

I'll do a battery pull in a moment. One other thing, a few days ago I had I problem when scrolling, the track pad worked because in the menu the app names came up but the screen would not scroll with the track pad, even when going on the internet it did the same thing, the track pad was definitely working, It stopped several times and went back to normal only to happen again, I changed the trackpad sensitivity tho which seemed to work

I know it'd be off-topic but being a new user of BB I might make the appropriate setting to get the best experience of it. Just trying to explore the tweaks for my phone.

Well, what level of sensitivity do you suggest to be ideal in this case ?

Well it gave me that problem when I had it on 70 for vertical and horiz. , I know have it on 60 but I think changing it every couple of months would be best, I'm not saying this solved my problem, but it did stop after doing so, if u do this and still get my problem, put audible roll on for a few days
