I've scoured several forums regarding my issue and still can not get this fixed. I have a 9360 stuck in a boot loop. I've been able to get App Loader to connect and successfully install the latest BB version for my carrier (downloaded OS from blackberry.com/up dates and installed through DM) but when it performs the final reboot, it just goes right back in to the boot loop. I'm not sure if it matters, but when my device connects to App Loader, it shows the actual device pin, not PIN: UNKNOWN.
DM detects my device but tells me there is a problem with the connection. I choose the 'update' option which has been recommended in some forums but it fails to connect to actually install the OS thru DM.
I cannot get BBSAK to connect to my device to try that route...
