my trackpad is driving me nuts . is there a way to fix this ????????

Go back to where you got it from.
This is not how you should be recieving your phone so it's not your task to fix it.
They should replace or repair it ,if not ...file a lawsuit ...lol

You can try and adjust your trackpad sensitivity.

Go to... Options... Typing and Language.... Trackpad Sensitivity... and then adjust and save.
