Thread: BB is slowing down eversince I have started using a Media Card

A friend of mine on BBM, whom I have never met, but is a sound as!, has recently bought a 1Gig Memory card, he's found since he's started using it its slowed his 8900 down, is there a reason for this?

Not sure. Does he have a ton of crap on it?

You said since you started usiong a media card it slowed down. Then you said your friend used a 1gb card.

Man I have a 16 gb card in my Tour and it is fast as lightning, the card and device.

Now having said that you have to know that these cards at least in my Tour are hot swapable so you don't have to turn off the device to remove it and i think it is this way with all the new ones.

I DO recommend that for the first time you take your new media card and format it in the new device and then start loading things to it. You should have no trouble at all.
