So evrytime this friend of mine tries one of the OTA's it fails with a 907 error. Does anyone know exactly why this is happening? Does anyone have the actual file so it doesn't have to be done OTA? :hail:Any help would be appreciated!:hail:

Make sure he has his browser identification set to BlackBerry, and does a battery pull.

In the browser go to browser config and double check that the browser identification is set to BlackBerry. This ensures that the browser is identifying itself as BlackBerry so that mobile content can be directed correctly to it.
