What did you do right before this issue happened? Is this a new phone for you? Please provide more info on how it happened. It will help in coming up with a solution.

Hello. I had this very same issue 3 weeks ago and couldn't turn the WiFi on my BlackBerry and was reluctant to take it back to factory settings. But had one of those rare light bulb moments when the answer to the WiFi problem just popped up into my head. Here is what did. Before hand for the previous month I found that I had to reset the wireless adapter on my broadband router every morning and towards the end sometimes up to 3 times a day. With me so far? Now contacted my internet service provider and upgraded my router to a faster fibre speed and sat back to wait the delivery of the new router 2 days later. What has this to do with switching on the WiFi on your phone you ask? Well aparently the WiFi on your phone picks up the signal from your router so the fault of you not being able to switch the WiFi on with your phone is connected to your router. So my advice is replace the router with a more up to date on and voila the problem is resolved. Since I have started to use the new router I have had no problems with the WiFi on my phone.

Before this, my phone has rebooted, and turned on with white screen, then i did something with battery pull and charger, putting in, pulling out, than blackberry turned on, and wifi havent find any networks, and where near the wifi should be green mark, was white minus. than i tryed to turn of and on wifi, than wifi is saying unable to turn on.

    Phone is used.

With router is everything good. Problem is in Blackberry i think, becouse it says "unable to tunr Wi-Fi on".
